National Response Center Report – Hydraulic oil spill – St. Clair Inlet

There was a report of a small quantity of hydraulic oil spilled when a brake solenoid on a crane failed and oil went into a storm drain and eventually into the water.

Absorbent was applied, drain cleaned and the sheen on the water dissipated.

Appropriate authorities were notified by the duty officer.
