Incident #22-1176
Radiological Control Director of Puget Sound Naval Base in Bremerton. A failed air test occurred at Pier 3 on the forward portion of the USS Louisiana vessel with multiple injuries (decompression and shrapnel injuries). No radiological concerns and the reactor are safe.
The State Warning Center, State EMD Director, State Ecology, and State DOH have been notified as well as the Kitsap County Emergency Management Council and County Commissioners.
